Refund Policy
This policy covers both donations made through this website and course/registration fees paid for RKF programs.
Donations
Donations made to RKF are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated to ongoing programs promptly upon receipt. If you believe a donation was made in error — such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount — contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.
EDP & Training Course Fees
Course fees paid as part of the Entrepreneurship Development Program cover training, materials, and administrative costs. Cancellations made before a training batch begins may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative costs already incurred. No refunds are issued once a training batch has commenced.
Franchise & Registration Fees
Fees associated with Super Store & Mini Mart franchise applications or other business registrations are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the application process.
