This disclaimer applies to the goals, targets, and commitments described across this website and RKF's Manifesto, including the 100 Crore Tree Plantations, 10 Lakh Jobs, and other Manifesto goals.
1. Non-Liability for Unmet Promises
While RKF is fully committed to achieving the goals outlined in its Manifesto, no individual, organization, or entity may hold RKF legally or financially accountable if any stated goal is not achieved in part or in full.
2. External Circumstances & Force Majeure
RKF shall not be held liable for delays or shortfalls caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to economic instability, natural disasters, political changes, and health crises.
3. Best Efforts Commitment
RKF commits to applying its best efforts toward every stated goal, but shall not be held liable for delays or changes in approach made in pursuit of those goals.
4. No Legal Claims or Damages
By engaging with RKF's programs, website, or Manifesto, stakeholders accept that unmet goals do not constitute grounds for legal claims or damages against the Foundation.
5. Adaptation & Flexibility
RKF reserves the right to adapt its programs, strategies, and timelines in response to evolving circumstances, while remaining committed to its core mission.
6. Unauthorized Financial Transactions
If any member, associate, or employee carries out a financial transaction without prior approval or intimation to the Head Office / Accounts Head, the Foundation shall not be responsible for any resulting claims or complaint resolution.

Notwithstanding this disclaimer, RKF commits to communicating openly and promptly with stakeholders in the event of significant delays or changes, and to continuing its work with integrity, responsibility, and a focus on the welfare of the communities it serves.
