Village Level Entrepreneurs and Village Level Mobilizers are RKF's on-ground link between Taluka Training Centres and the communities they serve.
Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)
Runs a local service point for RKF programs — helping villagers apply for EDP, Unnati Kendra, and other schemes, and serving as a first point of contact.
Village Level Mobilizer (VLM)
Builds community awareness ahead of a Taluka's training sessions, and helps identify the strongest EDP response for Adarsh Gram selection.
