Taluka Executive Officers lead Udyog Vikas Kendra operations on the ground — the management layer between village-level mobilization and RKF's Divisional Directors.
Core Responsibilities
- •Run awareness sessions and manage batch formation at the Taluka Training Centre
- •Coordinate EDP loan documentation and company incorporation with candidates
- •Report training and placement outcomes to the Divisional Director
- •Support Adarsh Gram village selection based on local training response
